چکیده

Abstract The aim with this trial was to evaluate the effects of 25-OH Vit D3 in serum metabolites growing grazing Nellore young bulls during rainy season two different supplementary P levels. Two independent and sequential trials were performed: first one using a 250 g/kg CP supplement containing 8 P, second same 25% supplement, no addition P. In each trial, eighteen 385 kg BW 18 months age randomly assigned treatments (n=9 animals/treatment): or not (control) (ROVIMIX Hy-D 1.25%, Hy-D) supplement. Animals placed paddock B. brizantha, cv. Marandú, equipped electronic feeders that provided individual access (animal/treatment). On day 31 blood samples taken for determination D3, IGF-1, Ca, Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP), osteocalcin (OCa). data analyzed according complete randomized design. (8 supplement) use (Control vs increased concentrations (25.8 30.0 ng/mL, P< 0.03); affecting others variables. when added (25.4 44.7 0.01); Ca (10.8 11.3 mg/dL, 0.07); (7.4 8.3 0.08); ALP (205 263 U/L, 0.04); IGF-1 (256 327 did affect OCa (P< 0.27). These results showed positive on metabolism could be dependent dietary level, being able maintain levels related growth supplied

Identification of biological secondary metabolites in three Penicillium species, P. goditanum, P. moldavicum, and P. corylophilum

Microorganisms are important components of soil. Some soil filamentous fungi such asPenicilium produce many bioactive small molecules, or secondary metabolites, that range frombeneficial bioactive compounds to harmful toxins. In this study, the metabolites of threepenicillium species (P. goditanum, P. moldavicum and P. corylophilum) were extracted byadding ethyl acetate to liquid cultures. The ...

NOTES ON PRIMES P ⌘ 1 mod D AND A P 1 / D ⌘ 1 mod

Let d > 0 be a squarefree integer and a be an integer, which is not 1 nor a square. Let P(a,d)(x) be the number of primes p  x such that p ⌘ 1 mod d and a(p 1)/d ⌘ 1 mod p. Numerical data indicate that the function as approximately equal to a constant multiple of ⇡(x)/(d'(d)) for su ciently large x, where ⇡(x) is the number of primes up to x and '(d) is the Euler-' function. The involved const...

Sunlight effect on Ca and P serum concentration and factors influencing on regulation of two lons

The sunlight has an important role in metabolism of calcium ( Ca) and phosphorus ( P). The sunlight has different effects in different places. Therefore  the pattern of metabolic disease depends upon geographical place. In this investigation two groups of workers( one group working in shadow and the other under the sunshine) were chosen as control and experimental groups respectively.these two ...

Cod 1 p / Spf 1 p is a P - type ATPase involved in ER function and Ca 2 homeostasis Stephen

he internal environment of the ER is regulated to accommodate essential cellular processes, yet our understanding of this regulation remains incomplete. Cod1p/Spf1p belongs to the widely conserved, uncharacterized type V branch of P-type ATPases, a large family of ion pumps. Our previous work suggested Cod1p may function in the ER. Consistent with this hypothesis, we localized Cod1p to the ER m...
